Cambridge Neighbors (CN) is a membership-driven organization dedicated to helping adults aged 60 and older in Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville, and Watertown stay in the homes and neighborhoods they love. CN seeks to provide its members the opportunities and support necessary to remain an integral part of their communities, giving members peace of mind with practical services, stimulating activities and experiences, and a social network to enable successful “aging in place.”

The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) plays a vital role in supporting the well-being and
independence of our members, particularly those who are most vulnerable and may require additional
outreach and support. The MSC is responsible for responding to member service requests,
maintaining regular contact with members who may be at risk of social isolation or other challenges,
and ensuring that their evolving needs are identified and addressed.
